Dehradun, 26 July: Chief Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ visited the residence of Martyr Rohit Gurung in Bharuwala Grant here, today, and met his family members.
He consoled the family members of martyr Gurung.
The CM announced a grant of Rs 2 lakhs for the family of the martyr. He said the brave sons of Uttarakhand had been sacrificing their lives for the sake of the nation from time to time and asserted that Gurung had made Uttarakhand and the nation proud by his sacrifice, he would be remembered forever.
